Rabbi Julia Appel currently serves as the Senior Jewish Educator and Campus Rabbi of Hillel at the University of Toronto. In that role, Rabbi Julia is taking lead on a listening campaign and design thinking project to reimagine what Hillel at UofT should be, working to make it more relevant, meaningful, and engaging for students. She also creates programming related to Shabbat and holiday celebrations, Jewish education, social justice, and community building. Rabbi Julia is also pass.
